It’s been a while since Locke has had a blog post to himself. I take so many pictures of this guy, he gets pretty annoyed having the camera in his face after a while š
I took SO many pictures of him as a puppy and I’m pretty sure I still take just as many now. I actually think that Locke is just as cute now as he was when he was a puppy! He’s a different kind of ācuteā but itās still CUTE!
He brings so much joy and laughter to our lives. I don’t think we go a day without laughing at something crazy or adorable that he does. I swear he is a human trapped inside a dog’s body! He understands EVERYTHING. It’s like having a child, ya know, like when you have to be careful what you say because they will repeat it? Well we have to talk in code or just read each others minds because if we accidentally say the words “leave” or “go” … he gets SO upset with us. He just loves his āpeopleāĀ and Iām so glad heās attached to us so much.
Some people ask if we have to put him on a leash to take him out to use the bathroom and we normally donāt. Ā He listens pretty well and the only two things that could hinder him from listening are a cat or another pup, so we stay alert! š
Saturday we went out for a walk and of course I snapped some pictures in the snow. He loves the snow, and the cold doesn’t seem to bother him one bit. And if there is water to be found, you better believe he will find it and be IN IT! Even in below freezing temps! I remember when he was a puppy he would sit out on our balcony at our old apartment and just watch the snow fall, he would sit so close to the railing that the snow would blow in on him and he would come in covered in snow.
Lucky for me, this means I get to grab some adorable picture of him in the snow! So for those of you with a snow day today, enjoy!!!!

He LOVES when we throw snowballs up in the air for him to catch. He rarely misses!

You Ā know that water I was telling you he is always sure to find? This is him saying:
“Hey mom, look I was eating muddy water!”

He’s always got his tongue out and I always manage to capture it at just the right moment š

NO idea what is going on with his face in the left photo, but it was to funny not to share. I think he was barking at me to hurry up.
