Kaitlyn + Bryan’s wedding is one we will remember for a long time. Their wedding day was not only absolutely gorgeous from start to finish, with a stunning gown, pretty sparkly shoes, a beautiful bride + handsome groom. But what really made it so special was all of the love and emotion shared that day. Kaitlyn’s dad sadly passed away suddenly just months before he was to walk her down the aisle, and although he wasn’t there physically, he was there in spirit and it was so obvious all through out the entire day. Kaitlyn’s brothers walked her down the aisle, and put together a slide show that was played during the reception of Kaitlyn + her dad. From photos of them when she was young, to video of them practicing their father daughter dance, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room, including mine.
I just loved all the special touches Kaitlyn + Bryan included in their day to remember her dad, like the charms wrapped around her beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a heart made from one of his ties sewn into her dress. So many beautiful moments made this wedding day one of our favorites of the year.
